Again and again we are trying to brighten up the gray routine of the children with disabilities who are left in double isolation today.
To the usual isolation, the personal separation and isolation of the child due to disability, was added a temporary reluctance / inability of the community to get in contact with these children to comply with quarantine conditions.
However, thanks to our friends at Vapiano Restaurant, we were able to deliver pizza to our families!

These are pictures of visits to these children. Not everywhere we were invited to enter the house and we respect the decisions of each parent regarding the strictness of quarantine.
His is Lisa (12 years old).
During quarantine, she lost the habit of seeing adults who are not of her family. So during our visit she was hiding behind her dog thinking that we would be scared of the dog and would not come near her.
This was surprising for us because Lisa is the champion of the Kyiv region in short distance running among children with cerebral palsy and earlier she participated in competitions so even the full stadium did not bother her.
The second group of pictures is the Khomenko family. This is their dad, mom and 4 children (all boys). One of them is a child with a disability. They live together in a village.
They all work together as farmers and, thanks to their land, have modest incomes. The closure of markets due to quarantine deprived their full income and left them penniless. We post photos without any additional comments. We hope that you will be able to see their sincere joy from the surprise. Italian pizza is something very special, even unique in their home.
