At our Lighthouse center, we strive to provide care to every child who needs help.
These are three clear rules – who can get help in our center; who are the children we help, and on what conditions.
Who can get help in our center?
We are open to all families who have children in need of rehabilitation—regardless of the official disability status. Even if the child does not have an official certificate, but our specialists during the initial testing identify the need for support—we provide services.
Who are the children we help?
They are:
– Children with disabilities (including those who have not yet received official status and do not have a certificate of a child with a disability);
– Children who have suffered as a result of war actions;
– Children whose families were forced to leave their homes (IDPs);
– Children who have lost parents or loved ones due to war—both military and civilian;
– Children who have been in boarding schools or orphanages and are now being raised in foster families;
– Children from families experiencing difficult life circumstances: parental addiction to alcohol or drugs, domestic violence, difficult divorce, etc.
What conditions do they have to meet?
The ONLY condition—your have to come to our center, if your child need specialized help.
We believe that every child has the right to receive care, support and opportunity to live the fuller life—regardless of their life story or financial situation.
